Northcote's new Californian Bungalow now has quite the presence in this heritage area. A credit to Stephen Jones Architects who designed this beauty for this family. Its captured all the architectural detailing true to its NZ character dating back to 1923.

The interiors designed by Emma Hoyle Interiors has cleverly designed a classic palette with the interior finishes, these marry with the architecture throughout the home.

This project for our team was a full restoration/extension of this three storey home including the construction of a new basement and garage below and extension to the rear with swimming pool and associated site works.
